Is is possible to do a multiple amenity search in the Campground Search API? I saw the post on page 6 regarding using the | but wasn't able to get the expected result.

Sorry about the late response. Can you paste in your sample API call here? It may be a bug in the system.

The API call I tried is http://api.amp.active.com/camping/campgrounds?pstate=CA&amenity=4004|4006&api_key={key}
Used %7C for the pipe too as well.

Got it. This is a confirmed bug. You'll have to issue multiple calls (one per amenity) unfortunately. I'll work with engineering on getting it fixed.

Is there a timeframe of when you think the bug will be fixed? It is kind of a burden combining XML responses and parsing out the duplicates. Thanks for any update you might have.

Unfortunately the engineers maintaining that API are gone for the holidays, so I can't give you a good estimate. I suspect it'll be sometime in Q1.
