Hi just got my API keys today. I tried the sample URL for getting Tennis tournaments within 50 miles of Brooklyn, NY: http://api.amp.active.com/assets/tennis?mediaType=Tournament&zip=10471&distance=50&api_key=9h9kunucdnzmmct9xuseqftw it works fine in my test ap. But when I try the same URL with my API key it returns the 403 error.
403 Developer Inactive
I'm cutting and pasting from the email "Your Asset Syndication API key" to change the sample key to my key. Any ideas. Thanks, Tim

OK... I wasn't clear that the keys weren't active ... in my account management I see "waiting". I must have not read something somewhere (RTFMS). I hope I get my keys active soon. Thanks. Tim

I am trying to request the XML and am getting Error 403 - Developer Innactive
http://api.amp.active.com/v2/search?query=running&category=event&start_date=2014-03-30..#near=Orlando,FL,US&radius=50&api_key=h2vynsc9ry7z87y4rcj5szz3
When I look under My Account it tells me that all of my keys are active. What's going on?

It is because you are using a # instead of an & in your query. You should modify it to be: http://api.amp.active.com/v2/search?query=running&category=event&start_ dat e=2014-03-30..&near=Orlando,FL,US&radius=50&api_key=h2vynsc9ry7z87y4rcj 5sz z3
