Yes, you can retrieve camps or clinics by setting mediaType=Camp or mediaType=Clinic, like this http://api.amp.active.com/assets/running?mediaType=Camp&api_key=rnxjx6ts3pg579gvrbe42qn7 or http://api.amp.active.com/assets/running?mediaType=Clinic&api_key=rnxjx6ts3pg579gvrbe42qn7. I've updated the documentation for the Asset Syndication API accordingly.
