When I'm trying to use my API key it comes back as Forbidden. I checked the status on my key and it says active. My request work when I use their sample key. I tried to email the developer help address and delivery failed. Any suggestions?

Can you confirm the email you tried to send it to was developer.support@activenetwork.com?
