Using the Details API I get results that don't have the EventContact* tags populated. Is this expected? Am I doing something wrong?

Can you provide a sample API that returns empty data fields? It will help our team to identify the gaps.
This is likely due to the events that are submitted into the database directly from event organizers that are entering all the necessary data. They may add more info at a later date, in which case those fields may become populated. You can check the 'lastmodifieddate' to see if they've been updated.
