API to get Participants for an Event

    Any chance there is a API/Service exposed to get participant list for an event? I'm helping with an event and getting the participants out of Active a little more efficiently than the manual ASCII export would be a plus.

    Hello Infretta,

    Currently, we do not have an API that will provide details about participants for a specific event. However, if you are a race director or event manager, I would suggest contacting the product team directly regarding the list of participants. They may have alternate ways of exporting that data. Can you tell me what system you are using, is it ActiveWorks?

    Thanks for the info Jarred - Currently I'm getting the data with a manual download from the Active Registration center. What would be the best way to contact the product team to make the feature request or check for other options?

    I have contacted the product team directly about your question. There is not an API that will export the registrant information in Registration Center. Since the event is using Registration Center, you will need to continue to download the report and export this information. No new development will be taking place to add enhancements for this functionality.
