According to the documentation, the TeeTimeRate classification can only accept two values 'Trade' or 'Normal'. I have a number of questions regarding this.
1) If there is more than one rate for a Teetime, and one of the rates is of classification 'Normal', do I use the 'Normal' one? 2) Sometimes there is only one rate and it is of classification 'Trade', e.g. Aderbrook Golf Club, courseID of 1167, at 11:42 on Mon, Nov 10. Can I offer the tee time at the sellForRiding and sellForWalking given by the rate with a 'Trade' Classification if that is the only rate available? 3) I think I have seen rates with a classification of 'SpecialOffer', is this correct, and if so can I offer it?
