Problem finding correct race start times.

   I am gathering endurance race information and when it gives me all the different race times they don't seem to be correct. A lot of them say they start at 4am or 0. Does anyone know if I am doing it wrong or if this is an issue others have had? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
